Pet Loss Support

It is important to understand that feeling sad over the loss
of a pet is normal.

The degree of pain we feel is different from one another. We may experience emotions such as grief, shock, anger,
guilt, loneliness or a combination of all these emotions.
These are common responses.

We must each grieve at our own pace, acknowledging and expressing our feelings. We must understand that we have
a right and a need to grieve during this trying time in our lives.

Participating in discussions regarding our pet's after care will help in our healing and help us feel that we have
done what is best.

Remembering the years of love and care we gave our pets and the lifetime of unselfish devotion and companionship returned.

We cherish their memories long after their lives have ended.
