Q: How do we know if we are getting only our pet's cremains back?

A: We have our proven numbered metal I.D. tag system in place. This tag is attached to your pet from the time of pick-up and this tag will travel with your pet from your vet hospital or your residence to our facility.

This tag will never leave your pet until the whole cremation process is complete up to the time that the cremains are returned to you.

Q: Can you pick up from my house?

A: Yes we can arrange a residential pick-up.

Q: How soon can we get back our cremains?

A: We have a 24 hour turn around time on our Standard Package, specialty urns may take a little longer.

Q: Can I see how the whole cremation process is done?

A: Yes, you certainly can. We are one of a few who are open to the public. We guarantee that our "Private Cremations" are really "Private."

Q: Can I spend a few moments with my pet before you cremate it?

A: Definitely. We have a private viewing room available in our facility in order for our clients to spend their last moments
with their beloved pet.

Q:My pet passed away in the middle of the night. How soon can you pick up?

A: Call us at 214. 726.9330 and we can arrange for an after hours pick-up with an additional charge.

Q: I want my pet cremated but I do not want an urn. What can you suggest?

A: We also offer scatter bag service, you can choose to scatter the cremains or keep them with you without needing an urn.

We also have Keepsake Urns in order for you to store just a little bit of cremains if you choose to scatter the rest.

Q: Do you cremate other animals?

A: Yes, we cremate all types of animals up to 200 lbs.

Q: I want to have my pet cremated but I do not want to get any of the cremains back.

A: We offer communal service as well.
